These Programs were invented and created by Rachelle, a HOWL Founder. In an effort to bridge the gap of services provided locally, she felt it was necessary to have these programs implemented and in place for our community. With the assistance of Kenny, both founders were able to reach out to the community in an effort to make a difference. What a difference it has made for our community as a whole! Below is just a small detail and outline of our current Programs...
H.O.P.E.
HomelessOutreachProgram forEveryone,
This was created by Kenny, a HOWL Founder! We assist clients with locating housing, community resources, and setting goals. Clients have the opportunity to apply for this service and we work with the applicant to find ways to better themselves to become more self sufficient. We provide local resources to the applicant so that they are AWARE of local agencies to seek other assistance. Upon locating permanent housing, H.O.W.L. then assembles a 'Care Package' with NEW items for their home. This package is valued at $100.00! All NEW items! This Program has proven to be quite successful!!!
M.O.O.N.
The Meeting Of Ones Nourishment launched on October 8th! We make a small sack lunch and it consists of a Sandwich, Chips, Beverage and a small desert! This Program has proven to be quite successful to say the least! We have made several hundred sack lunches since this program was created! We recently started doing SUBWAY Gift Cards in place of the sack lunches to provide those in need a choice! This was a TEST PROJECT that seems to be worth the while, so, we will continue to monitor the cards and decide on what will be best for those in need soon. HOWL's MOON Project uses funds raised at the Thrift Store to support our MOON Project!

The Watching Ones Life Forever is a Talking Circle for single parents! Being a single parent myself now, it is so very important to have a place to talk with others! Please contact Rachelle regarding this talking circle. This is a dynamic group of us single parents that NOW have a place to talk and discover local resources for other assistance.. We are NOW accepting members into this new Talking Circle! Please email or call!
